SELF-DEFENCE

DISCOVER THE ART OF JUDO

Judo is more than just a martial art—it’s a discipline that builds strength, confidence, and resilience while teaching valuable self-defence skills. Judo focuses on technique rather than brute force, using balance and leverage to control and overcome larger apponents.

Whether you want to improve your fitness, learn self-defence, or compete at a high level, Sensei Tom and Sensei Dean are committed to helping you achieve your goals.

Benefits are a full-body workout to improve strength, flexibility, and endurance. Practical self-defence through throws, holds, and submissions applicable in real-world situations. Development of discipline, patience, and problem-solving skills. A structured ranking system that recognises dedication and progress. Suitable for beginners and experienced martial artists alike, training with Sensei Tom and Sensei Dean will help you grow both physically and mentally in a supportive environment.
